Drops of Summer: the Cala Collection from Wagner

The word “Cala” has its origin in the Italian language. “calare” means to fall, to lower, to let down. La Cala is a [small] bay. There is therefore a clear connection to the sea and the drops of the ocean, and this is the inspiration for the Cala Collection from Juwelier Wagner. The jewellery of this collection, which is made from 18k gold and diamonds, brings the sparkle of drops of sea water to everyday life. Inspired by sandy bays in the western Mediterranean, the Cala Collection stands for a lightness and a joie de vivre that evoke eternal summer days by the sea.

Particularly on hot days and in the middle of high summer, we love understated jewellery which suits this time of year and looks particularly good on lightly tanned skin. Simple white blouses, flowing hair and freckles form the perfect canvas for these “drop” inspired creations from the House of Wagner.

The Cala Collection for everyday wear:

Large pieces of eye-catching jewellery are perfect for special occasions, but for everyday wear we like something more subtle. The Cala Collection combines a discreet amount of sparkle with timeless shapes that you can wear every day – wherever your journey takes you. The rings and bracelets of the Cala Collection are particularly beautiful (and easy to combine). Worn individually, they ensure simple elegance on the fingers or the wrist, and worn in combination with other pieces from the Collection, they will attract plenty of attention without being obtrusive.

Airy summer dresses in light colours or a classic combination of jeans and a white shirt can be made stylishly beautiful with the shining gold and diamonds of these exquisite “drops of summer”!
