Right of Withdrawal Notice

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. In the case of a single order for multiple goods that are delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item; in the case of goods delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces, upon receipt of the last partial shipment or piece.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Juwelier Wagner Gesellschaft m.b.H., Kärntner Straße 32, 1010 Vienna, Austria, telephone +43 1 512 0 512, email info@juwelier-wagner.at, by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or by email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

You can also withdraw your online purchase via Withdraw Purchase. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an email confirmation of receipt containing the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal declaration. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to Juwelier Wagner Gesellschaft m.b.H., Kärntner Straße 32, 1010 Vienna, without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For high-value goods, we recommend a sufficiently insured and trackable shipping method. The consumer bears the risk of return until the goods arrive at Juwelier Wagner.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
