Ongoing Measures (Implementation by December 2026)
-
Product & General Images:
On 12 September 2026, missing or technical image descriptions were added or corrected, and alternative text was checked for 337 image occurrences across 80 affected pages. The updated page sections display the maintained image descriptions. Purely decorative images intentionally retain empty alternative text. New images will continue to be described and further image uses reviewed.
Latest partial review: 12 September 2026 -
Keyboard Navigation: All navigation and interaction elements will be fully keyboard-accessible. Focus indicators will be clearly visible.
Timeline: by December 2026 -
Color Contrast: All text and UI elements will be adjusted to a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 (e.g., navigation, buttons, footer).
Timeline: by December 2026 -
Forms: The contact, location contact, appointment, product enquiry, customer registration and online withdrawal forms were technically revised and tested in German and English desktop and mobile views on 12 September 2026. No genuine form requests were submitted during quality assurance. Regression tests confirmed that the existing email configuration remained unchanged; this is not end-to-end confirmation of actual delivery. The next steps are to review and, where necessary, improve the search and checkout forms and to test additional screen-reader and browser combinations.
